Verdict
The fourteen consensus ratings are earned, bicuishe as a category can drift watery at low proof, and García skirts that edge here with real technique. Not as thunderous as a Vago madrecuishe or as strange as a Lalocura cirial, but more legible than either for someone just learning the family. A reliable reference pour for the karwinskii end of the flight.

Palate: Bicuishe is the lighter, brighter end of karwinskii and García's version at 47.7% plays that up, clean, aromatic, more precise than dense, with the signature wet-stone mineral finish the San Isidro palenque prints on every bottle
