Verdict
A strong pairing, cleanly executed. Sierra negra and tobalá occupy opposite registers – sierra negra brings mineral-austere weight, tobalá brings aromatic-honey lift, and at 47.2% 5 Sentidos's ensamble delivers both without letting either dominate. The composition is the kind of balanced two-agave work that 5 Sentidos's best blending releases consistently achieve. The community agrees. Among the better 5 Sentidos ensambles.
