One consensus rating at 3.5 reads cautious; we come in at 4.0 on strength of proof and palenque pedigree. Hernández and Barriga are a known steady bench and this bottle is one of their cleaner solo karwinskii releases. Compared with a Cuish or Mal Bien tobaziche, this runs more mineral and less wet-grass.

Palate: At 50% through Minas clay this is tobaziche pretty much where it wants to live, dense, mineral, with that specific saline finish Santa Catarina Minas tends to imprint
