One of the standout Agave Mixtape collaborations. Ciro Barranca is a Guerrero producer whose papalote bottlings consistently land, and the capón technique (quiote cut before flowering) concentrates the agave's sugars and aromatics in ways standard harvest doesn't. At 50.4% the double-technique release delivers an upper-bound papalote experience. Buy it – capón papalote is where the category's ceiling lives.
