Verdict
Amaras' entry espadín is competently made and aesthetically on-brand, the marketing is stronger than the liquid. It behaves the way you'd expect from a brand with that many SKUs: safe, symmetrical, nothing to argue with, nothing to remember.
A bottle designed in a spreadsheet
Tasting notes
Nose: Green apple, then light wood smoke, a faintly floral top note
Palate: Clean, mid-weight, agreeable in the way background music is agreeable
Finish: Slightly bitter, clean
The bottom line
Competent. Also the ceiling on what 41% ABV can deliver at this price
