Tepextate-tobalá is the natural aromatic ensamble, both agaves live in the floral-mineral register and the shared territory makes the composition drink intuitively. Aniceto García at 49.6% lets both voices carry without muddying, which is the test the pairing still has to pass even when it looks easy on paper. Track the Caminitos releases; García's hand keeps showing up on bottles worth owning.
