Verdict

A commercial ensamble. Espadín-tobalá at 45% is the natural beginner ensamble format, but Casa Manglar's execution delivers neither agave cleanly, the tobalá aromatics don't register, and the espadín base reads commercial rather than structural. Casa Manglar's wild-agave line doesn't quite earn the label. Even at this price, the tobalá never registers.
