Verdict
Catedral's Ocotepec mexicano is mid-tier village work, the regional profile (slightly more mineral than the villages next door) legible at 46%, the producer's hand consistent across agave types. Not boutique-import caliber; not trying to be. Buy it if you're learning Ocotepec specifically; otherwise the Rey Campero mexicano is the same money and a better pour.
A working mexicano
Tasting notes
Nose: Green herb, mineral damp, warm earth
Palate: Mexicano's character clean; lean at 46%
