Verdict
A strong Chacolo release. Four heritage Jalisco agaves (ixtero amarillo, azul telcruz, presa grande, brocha) triple-distilled at 45.51% is Chacolo's statement format, the triple distillation polishes without stripping the agaves' individual characters, which is the hardest version of the technique to pull off. Heritage Jalisco at the top of its range.
Heirloom Jalisco at the top of its range
