Verdict

An unusual pechuga that under-delivers on the format. Rosa pechuga uses dried rose petals in place of or alongside traditional pechuga ingredients – a floral variant of the format that asks the base to carry aromatic rather than savory seasoning. At 46% the rose contribution lands as light decoration rather than structural addition, and Chango Loco's base espadín doesn't give the format enough to work with. Consensus 3.0 is generous. Decoration isn't what the pechuga format is for. Lalocura's pechuga is better for about the same price.

Not every pechuga variant works
