Sánchez is one of the less-publicized names in the Guerrero roster, and releases like this are why the region deserves more attention. Compared with Vicencio Miranda's capón version, this is straight papalote presented cleanly – less intense, more accessible. Both are worth owning if you're building a Guerrero vertical.
