Verdict

A credible jabalí. Creador's jabalí at 48.9% handles the agave's difficulty cleanly – jabalí at this proof lets the characteristic herbal density and cocoa undertone register structurally, and Mixtepec production adds a slightly drier edge than the Candelaria Yegolé jabalís the category usually traffics in. A respectable jabalí in a range that sits a step below Rey Campero's benchmark. Consensus 4.0 is close; we score 3.5. Rey Campero Jabalí outperforms.
