Verdict
The GaD cuishe is the second bottle in their range that's worth owning (the clay-pot espadín is the first). Oscar Hernandez delivers a karwinskii that doesn't apologize for the agave's lean register. Against Wahaka or Del Maguey cuishe, it holds its own.

Tasting notes
Nose: Wet stone, then cucumber, cut grass, yellow flowers
Palate: Cuishe's saline karwinskii character comes through surprisingly clean for a brand this distributed. 45% carries the aromatics; the mid-palate has a mineral drag that reads as place
Finish: A long finish, dry and mineral
