Verdict
Pechuga done by the book, no notes, no revelation. Gracias a Dios's pechuga sits comfortably in the same retail bracket as Del Maguey's – Vago's pechuga is more interesting, Real Minero's is in a different conversation entirely, but this is a legitimate entry pour. Buy if you're starting on pechugas.

Tasting notes
Nose: Smoke with roast meat, light floral
Palate: Standard pechuga format, fruit and spice distilled in with the meat. Oscar Hernandez executes it cleanly; the palate has savory weight and a fruit-sweet finish
Finish: Sweet, warming. Stays medium-long
The bottom line
Buy as a first pechuga
