Verdict
A jabalí that doesn't sulk, rare enough to be worth the chase. Grulani's is right in the conversation with Geü Beez, Gozona, and Real Minero at this agave. The 46% is exactly the floor convallis can survive; Leonardo Hernandez earns every point.

Tasting notes
Nose: Lemon zest, then dried mint, pine needle, cooked agave
Palate: 46% is the threshold where jabalí stops collapsing. Leonardo Hernandez's convallis is sharp and nervous, with a savory through-line that most jabalí bottles never quite get
Finish: Tart, mineral, very long
The bottom line
Hunt it. Best-in-class jabalí contender
