Verdict
This is the rare ensamble where the conceit – all four components from the same agave family, actually produces something instructive. At 52.94% Macurichos has given each karwinskii sub-varietal room to express its own dialect, and the bottle plays as a single-family composition rather than a mixed-family blend. Think of it as a karwinskii master class. Buy for the study value alone.

Tasting notes
Nose: Green pepper, wet clay, wild mint, cool mineral
Palate: Four karwinskii sub-varietals in a single composition – cirial, madrecuishe, barril, bicuishe, at 52.94% is a rare internal family study. The components read distinct in the aromatic register and integrated in the mid-palate
Finish: Drying, vegetal – long
The bottom line
A karwinskii-family master class. Buy for the education
