Nose: Wet limestone, white pepper, crushed jasmine, warm butter, dried chamomile

Palate: Oily and mineral at 47.9% – Rosa's pichomel plays like a tepextate that grew up near a cave, floral up top, saline underneath, with a resinous mid-palate that refuses to thin out
