Verdict
Celso García Cruz has become one of the names you watch in the NETA catalog, and this bicuishe shows why, leaner and sharper than the San Luis Amatlán versions, mineral where others go herbal. Ten reviewers at 4.3 tracks; our read is slightly more conservative, mostly because the Hermógenes version below edges even this. A karwinskii lesson in one bottle.
The Celso García Cruz bicuishe is where Miahuatlán karwinskii comes into focus
Tasting notes
Nose: Lime peel walks in first. Then dry herb, flint, a faint salinity
Palate: Celso's hand shows, leaner, more mineral, drier than Cándido's. The Miahuatlán bicuishe signature at proper proof
Finish: Dry, flinty
The bottom line
Buy. A fair step above the Cándido
