Verdict
Heriberto García Sánchez's espadín-bicuishe is an underrated introduction to NETA – approachable where the wild-agave singles can overwhelm, and still legibly Miahuatlán. Two reviewers at 4.0; we agree. Buy as the bridge bottle between a Vida-priced espadín shelf and the serious NETA karwinskii catalog.
The NETA bottle to hand someone new – it teaches two agaves at once
Tasting notes
Nose: Green melon up front. Warm stone, lime peel, faint smoke underneath
Palate: 45.4% ensamble where espadín sweetness and bicuishe's mineral drying share the mid-palate cleanly – legible and approachable
Finish: Mineral, clean. Long
The bottom line
Buy as a NETA starter
