Four reviewers at 4.5 on a madrecuishe is exactly where a well-made bottle of this agave should land – Grupo Logoche's version is lean, long, and mineral, without the sweetness creep that drags lesser madrecuishes into bicuishe territory. A karwinskii reference. Pair with Lalocura's madrecuishe for a producer-level A/B.
