If the espadín-madrecuishe ensamble above is the predictable house pick, this one is the better-argued cousin. Tobaziche has a sharper personality than madrecuishe and the espadín doesn't quite tame it, which is the point. Reach for it as an introduction to tobaziche before committing to the single-agave tobaziches from the same house below.
