Verdict

Paquera's cuishe is the counter-argument to the Nucano cuishe earlier in this batch, same species, different proof, different universe. At 48% the karwinskii register has the air it needs, and the bottle reads like the cuishe producers like Lalocura have taught drinkers to expect. Reach for it as a cuishe introduction that takes the agave seriously.

Nose: Wet stone, then cucumber skin, saline, white pepper

Palate: 48% of cuishe with all the karwinskii markers at working resolution, mineral, vegetal, saline, slow-unfolding
