Verdict
Paquera's cuishe is the counter-argument to the Nucano cuishe earlier in this batch, same species, different proof, different universe. At 48% the karwinskii register has the air it needs, and the bottle reads like the cuishe producers like Lalocura have taught drinkers to expect. Reach for it as a cuishe introduction that takes the agave seriously.

Tasting notes
Nose: Wet stone, then cucumber skin, saline, white pepper
Palate: 48% of cuishe with all the karwinskii markers at working resolution, mineral, vegetal, saline, slow-unfolding
Finish: Long, iron-tinged, dry
The bottom line
Reach for it. Proof is everything for karwinskii, and this one has it
