Verdict
Any legitimate coyote on a US shelf is a small category event, and Pierde Almas' reading sits comfortably alongside Jolgorio's benchmark, lavender-leather intact, 46% doing just enough structural work. Not the last word on coyote the way Real Minero is on barril, but the bottle you buy when Jolgorio's version is out of stock or out of reach. Hunt it; don't shelf-browse for it.
Any coyote on the US market is worth paying attention to
Tasting notes
Nose: Lavender with dark fruit, warm leather
Palate: Complex and mineral. At 46%, coyote's rare character rendered cleanly
Finish: Floral, drying – unending
