Verdict

Por Lo Bueno's pechuga is a competent category-entry, but pechuga under 48% tends to read half-finished, and this bottle does. Pierde Almas and the Pescador de Sueños pechugas both commit harder at comparable price. Skip this one unless you're building a pechuga flight that wants a light-weight contrast.

Pechuga is a committed category; this one pulls back

Tasting notes

Nose: Mild stewed fruit, a shy savory thread, faint smoke

Palate: Polite pechuga – the meat-and-fruit profile is there but never fully commits. 46% proof is below the range where pechuga's layering becomes obvious; the protein contribution reads as softness rather than depth. Well-made, undersized

Finish: Short-to-medium, gentle, clean

The bottom line

A skip. Real pechuga asks for 48%+
