Verdict
Quiereme Mucho's single-maguey bottles are competent and forgettable, but the ensamble is where the brand's composition instincts show. Three agaves in balance, each contributing without dominating, is harder than it sounds. Track it as the one Quiereme Mucho to own. Put it alongside Praedium's espadín-tobaziche for a fair category comparison.
The ensamble is what the solo bottles don't quite manage
Tasting notes
Nose: Cooked agave, then apple, green melon, wet stone
Palate: Structural and clean. The three-agave build lets the cuishe bring mineral, the tepextate bring green, and the espadín bring body. 45-47% is enough for this geometry to work
Finish: Layered, clean – medium-long
The bottom line
Worth owning. The brand's best bottle
