Verdict
Verde is Real Minero's way of saying this bottle hasn't had its decade of glass. The liquid is more angular than the standard Real Minero Cuishe, and for some drinkers that'll be the appeal – sharper edges, less mediation, 50.8% of clarity. If you already own the rested cuishe, this is the companion that teaches you what aging did to the first bottle.
This is what cuishe tastes like before it mellows into adulthood
Tasting notes
Nose: Fresh celery, then wet stone, cut grass, cooked agave
Palate: Lean and electric, the 'verde' character reading as un-rested vigor – more vegetal, more upright, slightly wild. The proof is doing real work here
Finish: Long, mineral, saline-dry
The bottom line
Buy alongside the regular cuishe – they argue nicely
