Verdict
Standalone tobalá can float; largo grounds it. Edgar Ángeles uses the karwinskii as a structural argument, and at 52.48% both agaves get their full say. Pick this over most producers' solo tobalás, it's more legible because it has a reference point. Real Minero's quiet offering in this register, not the show-stopper, but a complete bottle.
Tobalá with the scaffolding it usually lacks
Tasting notes
Nose: Wildflower honey with green celery, cooked agave
Palate: Bright and structured at 52.48%, tobalá delivering its high-floral signature while largo anchors the mid-palate with karwinskii bone. Clay pot keeps it honest
Finish: Mineral, warm. Long
The bottom line
A working Real Minero ensamble, still above its price class
