Verdict
Pechuga de frutas is the format that most often collapses into potpourri, producers lean on fruit when the base isn't interesting. Aureliano Hernández inverts it: the tobalá base is strong enough that the frutas read as garnish rather than disguise. Closer to Real Minero's pechuga logic than to the Banhez-style fruit wash. Hunt this.
Fruit pechugas usually cheat. This one cooks
Tasting notes
Nose: Stewed tropical fruit with a whisper of cinnamon, the tobalá base clearly legible
Palate: 46% is light for pechuga, but Aureliano's fruit-charge reads as layered rather than sweet, tobalá does the lifting, frutas provide the second voice
Finish: Warming, almost jammy without ever tipping into dessert, long
The bottom line
Grab it when you find it if you care about pechuga as a format
