Madrecuishe at 48 – the Sacrvm bottle to buy
Score: 4.0/5 agaves

Verdict
Sacrvm offers its madrecuishe at 40% or 48% and the 48% is the only one worth discussing. Apolonio Ramírez at the right proof is a serious karwinskii pour – Rezpiral-adjacent in craft without the markup. Consensus 4.0 holds. Buy the 48% version; never the 40%.
The same mezcalero, two proof points, two different bottles
Tasting notes
Nose: Sea breeze with faint citrus peel, crushed herb
Palate: At 48% the madrecuishe's saline karwinskii structure holds; at 40% it doesn't. Apolonio Ramírez's craft shows here
Finish: Saline, cool – long
The bottom line
Buy – but only the 48% bottling
