Verdict
The Siete Misterios tobalá (labeled 'Doba-La' in homage to the Zapotec word for the agave) is a dependable mid-tier wild-agave bottle. Less textured than the Real Minero or Lalocura tobalás, less grand than the Jolgorio – Sola de Vega production runs cleaner and less dense than Minas clay-still, but legitimate work at a defensible mid-premium price. Consensus matches. A respectable tobalá in the commercially-available tier.
A solid tobalá in the commercially-available tier

A respectable tobalá at the $80 tier
