The Producer Ensamble
Espadín-cuishe at 40.2%. The blend is there, the proof isn't

Verdict
Juan Pacheco Santos's work is visible in the cleanness of this ensamble, but at 40.2% the cuishe can't do the karwinskii work the blend would reward. Ensambles with cuishe or madrecuishe benefit from at least 45% to let the karwinskii mineral signature hold its own. Pass. The Producer Espadin at 44% is the better bottle from the same house.
Cuishe at 40% is a cameo, not a co-star
Tasting notes
Nose: Green apple, wet stone, cooked agave, a trace of herb
Palate: 40.2% files down what the cuishe would otherwise contribute – the espadín carries, but the karwinskii weight sits behind the proof instead of alongside it
Finish: Short-medium, clean, mineral
The bottom line
Pass. Buy The Producer Espadín instead
