Verdict

Vamonos Riendo pulls agave and distillation from three different Oaxaca towns – San Juan del Rio, San Pedro Quiatoni, Tlalixtac, and the result, against the odds, holds together. Nose: Cooked agave, savory fruit, wildflower

Palate: Round and warm at 42%, with the espadín-tobalá pair reading through the pechuga run and three different towns' fingerprints somehow held in one glass

Finish: Long, warming, faintly sweet
