Verdict
The clay-still line is the Wahaka tier that makes you reconsider the rest of the Wahaka tier. Arroqueño-espadín in olla de barro lets the arroqueño's weight land as weight instead of dilution, and the distribution-oriented bottles elsewhere in the range suddenly look like the subsidy that paid for this one. The Wahaka worth owning.
Wahaka earning its shelf space
Tasting notes
Nose: Dark honey, then cooked agave, hot clay
Palate: The olla de barro adds weight; the arroqueño carries it; dense and layered at 47%

The Wahaka worth buying
